适应症
临床用于雌激素缺乏引起的绝经期或更年期综合症，如潮热，出汗，头痛，目眩，疲劳，烦躁易怒，神经过敏，外阴干燥，老年性阴道炎等。
用法用量
口服：1次5mg，每月1次。症状改善后维持量为每次1-2mg，每月2次，3个月为一个疗程。
不良反应
1.轻度胃肠道反应，表现为恶心，呕吐，腹胀，头痛，头晕；|2.突破性出血；|3.乳房胀痛，白带增多；|4.高血压；|5.偶有肝功能损害。
禁忌
雌激素依赖性疾病（如乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌、较大子宫肌瘤等）病史者、血栓病、高血压病患者禁用。
注意事项
本品的雌激素活性虽较低，但仍有使子宫内膜增生的危险，故应每两个月给予孕激素10日以抑制雌激素的内膜增生作用，一般孕激素停用后可产生撤药性子宫出血。如使用者已切除子宫，则不需加用孕激素。
贮藏
密封，在干燥处保存。
