适应症
用于急性闭角型青光眼，慢性闭角型青光眼，开角型青光眼，继发性青光眼等。本品可与其他缩瞳剂，β受体阻滞剂，碳酸酐酶抑制剂，拟交感神经药物或高渗脱水剂联合用于治疗青光眼。检眼镜检查后可用本品滴眼缩瞳以抵消睫状肌麻痹剂或扩瞳药的作用。
用法用量
1.慢性青光眼，0.5％～4％溶液一次1滴，一日1~4次。 2.急性闭角型青光眼急性发作期，1％～2％溶液一次1滴，每5～l0分钟滴眼1次，3～6次后每1～3小时滴眼1次，直至眼压下降(注意：对侧眼每6～8小时滴眼1次，以防对侧眼闭角型青光的发作)。 3.缩瞳：对抗散瞳作用，1％溶液滴眼1滴2~3次 ；先天性青光眼房角切开或外路小梁切开术前，1％溶液，一般滴眼1～2次 ；虹膜切除术前，2％溶液，一次1滴。
不良反应
眼刺痛，烧灼感，结膜充血引起睫状体痉挛，浅表角膜炎，颞侧或眼周头痛，诱发近视。眼部反应通常发生在治疗初期，并在治疗过程中消失。老年人和晶状体混浊的病人在照明不足的情况下会有视力减退。有使用缩瞳剂后视网膜脱离的罕见报告。长期使用本品可出现晶状体混浊。局部用药后出现全身副性反应的情况罕见，但偶见特别敏感的患者，局部常规用药后出现流涎，出汗，胃肠道反应和支气管痉挛。
禁忌
禁用于任何不应缩瞳的眼病患者，如虹膜睫状体炎，瞳孔阻滞性青光眼等；禁用于对本品任何成分过敏者。哮喘，急性角膜炎慎用。
注意事项
1. 瞳孔缩小常引起暗适应困难，应告知需在夜间开车或从事照明不好的危险职业的患者特别小心。
2. 定期检查眼压。如出现视力改变，需查视力、视野、眼压描记及房角等，根据病情变化改变用药及治疗方案。
3. 为避免吸收过多引起全身不良反应，滴眼后需用手指压迫泪囊部1～2分钟。
4. 如意外服用，需给予催吐或洗胃;如过多吸收出现全身中毒反应，应使用阿托品类抗胆碱药进行对抗治疗。
