适应症
本品适应于青霉素耐药的葡萄球菌感染及其它对青霉素敏感的细菌感染。如：败血症、心内膜炎、脓胸、肝脓肿、肺炎、骨髓炎等。
用法用量
肌内注射或静脉滴注。||成人：一般感染，每日2-6g，4-6小时一次。||儿童：每日按体重50-100mg/kg，4-6小时一次。||新生儿：一般不主张用于新生儿。
不良反应
本品毒性很低，但可致过敏性休克，在少数患者中可见皮疹、药物热等过敏反应，偶有呕吐、腹泻等胃肠道反应，但不影响继续治疗；极个别患者出现氨基转移酶升高，停药后可消失。
禁忌
有青霉素类药物过敏史或青霉素皮肤试验阳性患者禁用。
注意事项
1、应用本品前需详细询问药物过敏史并进行青霉素皮肤试验。||2、对其他青霉素过敏者可能对本品产生交叉过敏。||3、有哮喘、湿疹、枯草热、荨麻疹等过敏性疾病及肝病患者应慎用本品。

遮光，密封，在干燥处保存。
