适应症
用于预防和治疗烟酸缺乏症，如糙皮病。
用法用量
口服：|1.成人:|(1)糙皮病，常用量：每次50～100mg，每日500mg，如有胃部不适，宜与牛奶同服或进餐时服，一般同时服用维生素B1?B2?B6各5mg。|(2)抗高血脂，开始口服100mg，一日3次，4～7日后可增加至每次1～2g，一日3次。|2.儿童糙皮病，常用量：每次25～50mg，一日2～3次。
不良反应
1.本品在肾功能正常时几乎不会发生毒性反应。本品的一般不良反应有：感觉温热、皮肤发红、特别在脸面和颈部、头痛等血管扩张反应。
2.大剂量用药可导致腹泻、头晕、乏力、皮肤干燥、瘙痒、眼干燥、恶心、呕吐、胃痛、高血糖、高尿酸、心律失常、肝毒性反应。
3.一般服烟酸2周后，血管扩张及胃肠道不适可渐适应，逐渐增加用量可避免上述反应。如有严重皮肤潮红、瘙痒、胃肠道不适，应减少剂量。
禁忌
溃疡病患者禁用。
注意事项
1.症状消失后应停药。
2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女应在医师指导下使用。
3.糖尿病、青光眼、痛风、高尿酸血症、肝病、溃疡病、低血压等患者慎用。
4.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
5.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
7.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
8.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
9.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
