适应症
本品适用于维生素B1的脚气病或Wernicke脑病的治疗。亦可用于维生素B1缺乏引起的周围神经炎、消化不良等的辅助治疗。
用法用量
肌内注射。成人重型脚气病，一次50～100mg，每天3次，症状改善后改口服;小儿重型脚气病，每日10～25mg，症状改善后改口服。
不良反应
大剂量肌内注射时，需注意过敏反应，表现为吞咽困难，皮肤瘙痒，面、唇、眼睑浮肿，喘鸣等。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1. 注射时偶见过敏反应，对于过敏性体质者慎用。2. 大剂量应用时，测定血清茶碱浓度可受干扰;测定尿酸浓度可呈假性增高;尿胆原可呈假阳性。
