适应症
用于治疗滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎和老年性阴道炎、非特异性阴道炎及支原体感染、淋病双球菌感染等病症。
用法用量
阴道给药。清洗外阴后，将本品送入阴道深部。一次3g，每晚1次，7日为一疗程。
不良反应
局部不良反应少见。因本品可自粘膜吸收，长期大量使用后也可产生与全身用药相同的不良反应： 1 可引起癫痫发作和周围神经病变，后者主要表现为肢端麻木和感觉异常。某些病例长期用药时可产生持续周围神经病变。 2 其他常见的不良反应有： (1) 胃肠道反应，如恶心、食欲减退、呕吐、腹泻、腹部不适、味觉改变、口干、口腔金属味等。 (2) 可逆性粒细胞减少。 (3) 过敏反应、皮疹、荨麻疹、瘙痒等。 (4) 中枢神经系统症状，如头痛、眩晕、晕厥、感觉异常、肢体麻木、共济失调和精神错乱等。 (5) 其他有血清氨基转移酶升高、发热、膀胱炎、排尿困难、尿液颜色发黑等，均属可逆性，停药后自行恢复。
禁忌
对本品或吡咯类药物过敏患者以及有活动性中枢神经疾病和血液病患者禁用。
注意事项
1? 使用中若出现过敏症状或中枢神经系统不良反应，应立即停药。
2? 肝、肾功能减退者应慎用。
3? 治疗阴道滴虫病时，需同时治疗其性伴侣。
4? 用药期间不应饮用含酒精的饮料。
5? 念珠菌感染者应用本品，其症状会加重，需同时给予抗真菌治疗。
6? 避免本品接触眼睛。
7? 本品不宜长期反复使用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在30℃以下阴凉处保存。
