适应症
本品具有广普抑菌、杀菌作用。适用于宫颈糜烂、化脓性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎，也适用于滴虫性阴道炎等。
用法用量
1.阴道给药，先将外阴部洗净，然后戴上指套将药栓送入阴道深部。|2.宫颈糜烂，月经后每日1粒，连用5～7粒为一疗程。|2.阴道炎，每日1粒，连用3～5粒为一疗程。
不良反应
1.偶有接触性湿疹样皮炎，光敏性皮炎等。|2.用药过频或过量可出现阴道粘膜潮红，表浅糜烂面或不适感。|3.个别病人用药后有灼热感，停药即可消失。
禁忌
对氯己定过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.对本品过敏者禁用。|2.宜置于阴凉干燥处保存，若温度高栓剂变软，可放入冰箱待冷却凝固后使用。|3.本品性状发生改变时禁用。|4.请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。|5.用本品前宜先洗去物品表面粘附的有机物。|6.老年妇女慎用阴道栓。|7.极个别病人用药后有灼烧感，停药即可消失。用药过频(如2次/日或3次日)可出现阴道粘膜潮红、表浅糜烂面或不适感。应严格按说明用药。
