适应症
本品用于疥疮和阴虱病。
用法用量
外用。1．疥疮：自颈部以下将药均匀擦全身，无皮疹处亦需攘到。成人一次不超过30g。擦药后24小时洗澡，同时更换衣被和床单。首次治疗1周后，如未痊愈，可进行第2次治疗。2．阴虱病：剃去阴毛后涂擦本品，一日3-5次。
不良反应
1．可有局部刺激症状，数日后消退。
2．擦药后偶有头晕，1～2日后消失。长期大量使用后，也可能由于药物经皮肤吸收后，对中枢神经系统产生较大的毒性作用，如癫痫发作等。
3．少数患者可出现荨麻疹。
禁忌
对本品过敏及有癫痫病史者禁用。
注意事项
1．擦药前勿用热水和肥皂洗澡，以免增加吸收。
2．避免眼和黏膜与药物接触。
3．使用中若出现过敏症状或中枢神经系统产生不良反应，应立即停药。
贮藏
密闭，置阴凉处保存。
