适应症
本品用于感冒引起的鼻炎症状。
用法用量
外用。一日3次。将复合管薄顶扎破，用射管拧紧管口，将射管尖端插入鼻腔中，挤入软膏少量。连续使用一般不超过一周。
不良反应
1. 对前列腺肥大者可引起排尿困难。|2. 大剂量或长期使用可引起震颤，焦虑，失眠，头痛，心悸，心动过速等。|3. 可能引起过敏反应，可表现为药疹，也有表现为光敏反应，药物热，关节及肌肉疼痛，发热等血清病样反应。|4. 可引起粒细胞减少或缺乏症，血小板减少症及再生障碍性贫血，发生异常及时停药。
禁忌
1. 甲状腺机能亢进，高血压、动脉硬化、心绞痛等患者禁用。|2. 孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。|3. 新生儿及2个月以下婴儿禁用。|4. 对本品成份过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 交叉过敏反应:对其他拟交感胺类药，如肾上腺素、异丙肾上腺素等过敏者，及对一种磺胺药呈过敏现象的患者对本品也可能过敏。2. 下列反应持续存在时应注意:头痛、焦虑不安、心动过速、眩晕、多汗。|3. 对呋噻米、砜类、噻嗪类利尿药、磺脲类、碳酸酐酶抑制剂呈现过敏的患者，对本品亦可过敏。|4. 本品短期内反复用药，作用可逐渐减弱产生快速耐受现象，故一日内用药不超过3次。|5. 运动员慎用。

密封保存。
