适应症
用于肺，支气管出血（如咯血）消化道出血（呕血、便血）。并适用于产科催产，及产后收缩子宫、止血等。对于腹腔手术后肠道麻痹等亦有功效。本品尚对尿崩症有减少排尿量之作用。
用法用量
肌内、皮下注射或稀释后静脉滴注。引产或催产静脉滴注：（1）―次2.5-5单位，用氯化钠注射液稀释至每1ml中含有0.01单位。静滴开始时每分钟不超过0.001-0.002单位，每15-30分钟增加0.001-0.002单位，至达到宫缩与正常分娩期似。最快每分钟不超过0.02单位，通常为每分钟0.002-0.005单位。（2）控制产后出血每分钟静滴0.02-0.04单位，胎盘排出后可肌内注射5-10单位。呼吸道或消化道出血一次6-12单位。产后子宫出血：一次3-6单位。

尚不明确
禁忌
本品对患有肾脏炎、心肌炎、血管硬化、骨盆过窄、双胎、羊水过多、子宫膨胀过度等病人不易应用。在子宫颈尚未完全扩大时亦不宜采用本品。高血压成冠状动脉病患者慎用。
注意事项
用药后如出现面色苍白、出汗、心悸、胸闷、腹痛，过敏性休克等，应立即停药。
贮藏
密封，遮光，在冷处（2-10℃）保存。
