适应症
1．皮肤黏膜过敏：适用于长期的、季节性的过敏性鼻炎、血管舒缩性鼻炎、过敏性结膜炎，荨麻疹、食物过敏、皮肤划痕症。
2．晕动症：晕车、晕船、晕飞机。
3．恶心、呕吐。
用法用量
口服给药:成人1.抗过敏，一次12.5mg，每日4次，饭后及睡前服用，必要时睡前25mg。2.止吐，开始时一次25mg，必要时可每4～6小时服12.5～25mg。3.抗眩晕，一次25mg，必要时每日2次。4.镇静催眠，一次25～50mg，必要时增倍。儿童1.抗过敏，每次按体重0.125mg/kg或按体表面积3.75mg/m2，每隔4～6小时一次，或睡前按体重0.25～0.5mg/kg或按体表7.5～15mg/m2。按年龄计算，每日量1岁以内5～10mg，1～5岁5～15mg，6岁以上10～25mg，可1次或分2次给予。2.止吐，按体重0.25～0.5mg/kg或按体表7.5～15mg/m2。必要时每隔4～6小时给药一次。3.抗眩晕，每次按体重0.25～0.5mg/kg或按体表面积7.5～15mg/m2。必要时每隔12小时一次，或12.5～25mg，每日2次。4.镇静催眠，必要时按体重0.5～1mg/kg或体表面积15～30mg/m2。
不良反应
主要不良反应为困倦、思睡、口干，偶有胃肠道刺激症状，高剂量时易发生锥体外系症状；老年人用药多发生头晕、痴呆、精神错乱和低血压；少数患者用药后出现兴奋、失眠、心悸、头痛、耳鸣、视力模糊和排尿困难。过量时可发生动作笨拙，反应迟钝，震颤。
禁忌
新生儿、早产儿禁用。
注意事项
1.服药期间不得驾驶机、车、船、从事高空作业、机械作业及操作精密仪器。
2.孕妇、哺乳期妇女和老年人慎用。
3.下列情况慎用：急性哮喘、膀胱颈梗阻、骨髓抑制、心血管疾病、昏迷、闭角型青光眼、肝肾功能不全、高血压、胃溃疡、前列腺肥大、幽门或十二指肠梗阻、多痰、癫痫、及黄疸等患者。
4.儿童用量请咨询医师或药师。
5.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
6.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
7.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
8.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
9.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
10.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
