适应症
本品为中等强度的镇痛药。适用于偏头痛，三叉神经痛，牙痛，炎症性疼痛，神经痛，月经痛，关节痛，外伤性疼痛，手术后疼痛，以及癌症痛(属二阶梯镇痛药)等。
用法用量
1. 口服。成人每次30～60mg，一日90～180mg;小儿每次1mg/kg;疼痛剧烈时用量可酌增。2. 对于慢性中重度癌痛病人，剂量可逐渐增加。首次及总量可以不受常规剂量的限制。
不良反应
1. 少数病人可见有恶心、眩晕或困倦、黄视、全身发麻感等，停药后可消失。2. 本品引起依赖性的倾向与吗啡类药相比为低，据临床报道，连续使用本品，可耐受和成瘾，故不可滥用。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1. 本品为国家特殊管理的第一类精神药品，必须严格遵守国家对精神药品的管理条例，按规定开写精神药品处方和供应、管理本类药品，防止滥用。2. 医疗机构使用该药医生处方量每次不应超过3日常用量。处方留存两年备查。

密封，在干燥处保存。
