适应症
1.白念珠菌所致的皮肤念珠菌病。
2.红色毛癣菌、须癣毛癣菌、絮状表皮癣菌和犬小孢子菌所致的足癣、股癣和体癣。
3.糠秕马拉色菌所致的花斑癣。
4.亦可用于治疗甲沟炎、须癣和头癣。
用法用量
1.局部给药用于皮肤感染，取本药适量，均匀涂抹于患处，每日2-3次。 2.经阴道给药用于阴道炎，每次0.15g，每晚1次，连用7日。
不良反应
1.偶可引起皮疹、皮肤烧灼感、瘙痒、刺痛、水肿、红斑等皮肤刺激症状。
2.动物实验未发现克霉唑有致癌和致精子染色体畸变的作用。
禁忌
对本药任何成分及其它吡咯类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.禁忌症对本药任何成分及其它吡咯类药物过敏者。
2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。
3.药物对儿童的影响儿童外用本药未发现特殊不良反应。
4.药物对老人的影响老年患者外用本药未发现特殊不良反应。
5.药物对妊娠的影响妊娠晚期妇女阴道给予克霉唑，未发现对胎儿有不良影响。但在小鼠和大鼠研究中，按50-120mg/kg口服克霉唑，可见胚胎毒性，但未发现有致畸作用，因此孕妇应权衡利弊后使用本药。
6.药物对哺乳的影响外用本药时，克霉唑吸收入血后可经乳汁分泌，因此哺乳期妇女应慎用。
