适应症
1.与其他抗结核药联合，用于治疗各型肺结核、支气管内膜结核及肺外结核。 2.并可作为与结核病相关手术的保护药，也可用于预防长期或大剂量皮质激素、免疫抑制治疗的结核感染及复发。
用法用量
口服。 1.预防： (1)成人一日0.3g，顿服。 (2)小儿每日按体重10mg/kg，一日总量不超过0.3g，顿服。 2.治疗： (1)成人与其他抗结核药合用，按体重每日口服5mg /kg，最高0.3g；或每日15mg/kg，最高900mg，每周2～3次。 (2)小儿按体重每日10～20mg/kg，每日不超过0.3g，顿服。某些严重结核病患儿（如结核性脑膜炎），每日按体重可高达30mg/kg（一日量最高500mg），但要注意肝功能损害和周围神经炎的发生。
不良反应
偶有头晕，头痛，失眠，发热，皮疹，恶心，乏力，黄疸，周围神经炎，视神经炎及血细胞减少等不良反应发生。
禁忌
1.精神病及癫痫患者禁用。
2.严重肝功能障碍患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品至少应连续服用3个月，如无不良反应，中途不宜停药，经临床确诊痊愈后方可停药。
2.孕妇、肝肾功能不良者和有精神病史、癫痫病史及脑外伤史者慎用。
3.用药期间应定期进行肝功能检查。少数病人在用药的前两个月可出现一过性氨基转移酶升高。在保肝治疗下继续用药，氨基转移酶可恢复正常。若继续升高，则应停药。
4.如疗程中出现视神经炎症状，需立即进行眼部检查，并定期复查。
5.同服维生素B6可防治周围神经炎等神经系统的不良反应。
6.抗酸药，尤其是氢氧化铝，可抑制本品吸收，不宜同服。
7.本品可加强香豆素类抗凝血药，某些抗癫痫药、降压药、抗胆碱药、三环抗抑郁药的作用，合用时需注意。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在干燥处保存。
