适应症
用于维生素缺乏所致的各种疾病。
用法用量
口服，成人，一次10克，一日1次。温开水冲服，或与牛奶、豆浆及其他饮料调匀后服用。
不良反应
长期大剂量服用可能发生维生素D中毒，主要症状是骨痛、肌痛、烦躁、嗜睡、头痛、疲乏、无力、恶心、呕吐、便秘或腹泻、口内有金属味、夜间多尿、体重下降等。
禁忌
1.维生素D增高症患者禁用。
2.高钙血症患者禁用。
3.高磷血症伴肾性佝偻病患者禁用。
注意事项
1.按推荐剂量服用，不得任意加大剂量。
2.肾功能不全及糖尿病患者慎用。
3.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
4.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
5.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
6.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
7.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉干燥处(不超过20℃)保存。
