适应症
本品适用于白癜风，牛皮癣(银屑病)。
用法用量
1.用法：口服，两小时后配合日晒或黑光照射，每周至少2～3次(至少相隔48小时)。|2.剂量：白癜风，按体重0.5mg/kg计算，成人每次服用量为25mg～30mg，每周2-3次；银屑病，按体重0.6mg/kg计算，成人每次服用量为30mg～35mg，每周2-3次。|3.照光时间：|(1)日光照射(日晒)，首次照射时间为15～25分钟，浅肤色一般为15分钟，中等肤色为20分钟，深肤色为25分钟，以后治疗可适当增加5分钟的照射时间；|(2)黑光照射，照射治疗时间为照射出现红斑反应时间的一半。
不良反应
本品毒性较低。由于对光的耐受性差异，个别患者可能会出现皮肤瘙痒、红斑等光过敏症状，通常症状会慢慢减轻或消失，也可在医生指导下服用抗过敏药物。过度照射可引起发红、水疱等类似晒伤症状，此时需停药至症状消除后再使用。治疗时调整好照射的强度和照射时间可避免该症状发生。少数患者口服后可能出现轻微的恶心、头痛等不适反应，与食物或牛奶同服，或减少服用量，可减轻不适反应。
禁忌
1.严重肝病患者禁用。|2.白内障或其他晶体疾病患者禁用。|3.有光敏性疾病患者如：红斑狼疮、皮肌炎、卟啉症、多形性日光疹、着色性干皮病等患者禁用。|4.对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.配合光照治疗要调整好照射时间和照射强度。|2.照光治疗前后要注意对皮肤的保护，避免曝晒。|3.有皮肤癌病史，有日光敏感家族史，新近接受放射线或细胞毒治疗及有胃肠道疾病者应慎用。|4.治疗期间不得服用含有呋喃香豆素的食物，如酸橙，无花果，香菜，芥菜，胡萝卜，芹菜等。|5.治疗期间应戒酒，不宜吃过于辛辣食物。|6.口服甲氧沙林片同时外用甲氧沙林溶液，疗效更显著，但必须在医生指导下用药。
