适应症
本品用于脑梗死、高凝血状态及血栓性脉管炎等外周血管疾病。
用法用量
静脉滴注。 1.预防用：治疗高凝血状态时，一次100单位，以注射用水适量溶解后，加到250ml0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液中，以每分钟45~50滴的速度进行静脉滴注，一日1次。14天为一个疗程。 2.治疗用：若患者一般状况较好，除第一次使用100单位外，以后可每日使用1次，每次用200~300单位，加到500ml0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液中稀释进行静脉滴注，7~10天为一个疗程。若患者一般状况较差，除第一次使用100单位外，以后可隔日用200单位进行静脉滴注，一个疗程仍为7~10天。
不良反应
1.可发生创面、注射部位、皮肤及黏膜出血。
2.可引起头痛、头晕或氨基转移酶升高。
3.极少量病人可致过敏反应。
禁忌
1.有凝血机制障碍、出血倾向患者禁用。
2.严重肝肾功能损伤、活动性肺结核空洞及消化性溃疡患者禁用。
3.皮试阳性反应者应禁用。
4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品是一种蛋白酶制剂，有一定的抗原性，临床使用前应用0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释成1U/ml进行皮试，15分钟观察结果，红晕直径不超过1cm或伪足不超过3个为阴性。皮试阳性反应者应禁用。
2.用药过程中如出现患肢胀麻、酸痛、头胀痛、发热感、出汗、多眠等，可自行消失或缓解，不需特殊处理。
3.用药过程中如出现血尿或皮下出血点，应立即停止使用，并对症处理。
4.血小板＜80×109 /L应停药观察。严重高血压应控制在180/110mmHg以下才能应用，若舒张压偏高应使用5%葡萄糖溶液作稀释液，而不用0.9%氯化钠注射液。糖尿病患者则应用0.9%氯化钠注射液作稀释液，而不用5%葡萄糖溶液。
5.两个疗程之间应间隔5～7天。
6.使用时应检查药液有无浑浊，沉淀现象，若有上述现象不得使用。
7.当药品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在冷处(2-10℃)保存。
