适应症
本品适用于各种类型高血压。
用法用量
口服。|1.一次100mg(2片)，每日2-2次，2-3天后根据需要加量。|2.常用维持量为200-400mg(4-8片)，每日2次。饭后服。|3.极量每日2400mg(48片)。
不良反应
1.偶有头昏、胃肠道不适、疲乏、感觉异常、哮喘加重等症。|2.个别患者有体位性低血压。
禁忌
1.支气管哮喘患者禁用。|2.病态窦房结综合征、心传导阻滞(Ⅱ至Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞)未安装起搏器的患者禁用。|3.重度或急性心力衰竭、心源性休克患者禁用。|4.对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.有下列情况应慎用:充血性心力衰竭、糖尿病、肺气肿或非过敏性支气管炎、肝功能不全、甲状腺功能低下、雷诺综合征或其他周围血管疾病肾功能减退。|2.少数病人可在服药后2-4小时出现体位性低血压，因此用药剂量应该逐渐增加(若降压过低，可用新福林或阿托品予以拮抗)。|3.本品对下列诊断可能产生干扰:本品尿中代谢产物可造成尿儿茶酚胺和VMA假性升高:本品可使尿中苯异丙胺试验呈假阳性。|4.本品用量必须强调个体化，不同个体、不同疾病用量不尽相同。|5.本品用于嗜铬细胞瘤的降压有效，但少数病例有血压反常升高的报道，故用药时应谨慎。|6.运动员慎用。
