适应症
适用于各种原因如慢性失血，营养不良、妊娠、儿童发育期等引起的缺铁性贫血。
用法用量
口服。饭后服用。 成人：每次10~20ml，一日3次，预防量为治疗量的1/5。 儿童：每日1~2ml/kg，分3次服用。
不良反应
常有轻度恶心，胃部或腹部不适或疼痛，也常见轻度腹泻或便秘，并排浅黑便。
禁忌
1.铁负荷过高、血色病、含铁血黄素沉着症及不伴缺铁的其他贫血（如地中海性贫血）禁用。 2.肝肾功能严重损害者禁用。 3.铁过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.下列情况慎用：酒精中毒；肝炎；急性感染如肠炎、结肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎、憩室炎及胰腺炎；消化性溃疡。2.对诊断的干扰：服用本品后，血清铁或铁蛋白增高，易导致漏诊。3.服药期间需定期作下列检查，以观察治疗反应：（1）血红蛋白及红细胞；（2）血清铁蛋白、血清铁及铁饱和度；（3）网织红细胞记数。4.本品宜饭后或餐中服用，可减轻胃部刺激，但药物吸收稍有影响。
