适应症
1.用于急性脑血管意外、脑外伤后、手术后、脑炎后的记忆障碍和轻中度脑功能障碍，也可用于治疗因脑外伤所致的颅内高压。 2.用于儿童发育迟缓。 3.用于老年性脑功能不全，对因衰老引起的反应迟钝、嗜睡、头晕、精神活动减退等有改善作用。 4.也可用于酒精中毒性脑病、肌阵挛性癫痫、镰状细胞贫血神经并发症的辅助治疗。还可用于一氧化碳中毒后的记忆和思维障碍。
用法用量
口服，每次0.8-1.6g(4-8粒)，每日3次。儿童用量减半。
不良反应
1.中枢神经系统可见神经质、焦虑不安、易兴奋、易激惹、运动过多、头晕、头痛、睡眠障碍及抑郁，这些症状均不严重，且与剂量无关。亨廷顿舞蹈病患者，服用本药可能导致症状加重。有报道对继发性甲状腺功能低下的患者，在甲状腺素补充治疗期间，使用本药后出现易激动、烦躁、情绪不稳定、判断力欠佳、精神混乱、定向力和睡眠障碍。
2.胃肠道常见恶心、呕吐、口干、腹部不适、食欲减退、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、体重增加，症状的轻重与服药剂量直接相关，停药后以上症状可消失。
3.肝偶见轻度肝功能损害，表现为轻度氨基转移酶升高，但与用药剂量无关。
4.皮肤偶见皮疹、荨麻疹。
禁忌
1.对本药过敏者(国外资料)。
2.锥体外系疾病，尤其是亨廷顿舞蹈病(Huntington chorea)患者。
3.重度肝、肾功能障碍者。
4.孕妇。
5.新生儿。
注意事项
1.轻中度肝、肾功能障碍者。
2.患多种疾病的老年患者(国外资料)。
3.甲状腺功能低下或甲状腺素补充治疗的患者。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
