适应症
用于白癜风、牛皮癣及神经性皮炎等。
用法用量
外用，涂患处。头癣应先去发后用药。一日2～3次，疗程遵医嘱。
不良反应
长期或大面积应用可引起皮肤萎缩、毛细血管扩张、发生痤疮样皮炎、口周皮炎、毛囊炎、增加对感染的易感性等。偶可引起变态反应性接触性皮炎。
禁忌
1.对本药及基质成分过敏者和对其他皮质类固醇过敏者禁用。 2.感染性皮肤病患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品属于强效糖皮质激素外用制剂。若长期、大面积应用或采用封包治疗,由于全身性吸收作用,可造成可逆性下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(PHA)轴的抑制，部分患者可出现柯兴综合征、高血糖及尿糖等表现，因此本药不能长期、大面积应用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在阴凉处(不超过20℃)保存。
