适应症
适用于敏感致的呼吸道感染、泌尿系统感染、消化道感染、耳鼻喉感染、皮肤和软组织感染以及淋病等。
用法用量
口服，服前用凉开水冲至60毫升标志处，每次服前摇匀，然后倒入特制小杯内按以下剂量服用。
不良反应
1.本品不良反应与青霉素相仿，以过敏反应较为常见，皮疹是最常见的反应，多发生于用药后5天，呈荨麻疹或斑丘疹;亦可发生间质性肾炎，过敏性休克偶见。
2.胃肠道反应如舌炎、胃炎、恶心、呕吐、肠炎、腹泻及轻度腹痛等也较多见。
3.粒细胞和血小板减少偶见于应用氨苄西林的病人。
4.抗生素相关性肠炎少见，少数病人出现血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)升高。
禁忌
1.对青霉素有过敏史者慎用或青霉素皮肤试验阳性患者禁用。
2.2岁以下小儿禁用。
注意事项
1.应用本品前需详细询问药物过敏史并进行青霉素皮肤试验。
2.传染性单核细胞增多症、巨细胞病毒感染、淋巴细胞白血病、淋巴瘤患者应用本品时易发生皮疹，宜避免使用
3.。一旦发生过敏性休克，必须就地抢救，予以保持气道畅通、吸氧及给用肾上腺素、糖皮质激素等治疗措施。
