适应症
本品用于室上性和室性心动过速、心绞痛、高血压、肥厚性心肌病、心肌梗死等,也用于嗜铬细胞瘤的心动过速、甲状腺机能亢进症的心率过快等。
用法用量
1.抗心律失常:|成人,口服,10mg～30mg/次,3～4次/日,根据疗效和耐受程度调整用量.静脉注射,1mg～3mg,缓慢注射,必要时5min后可重复,总量5mg.儿童,口服,每日0.5mg～1mg/kg,3～4次/日;静脉注射,0.01mg～0.1mg/kg,缓慢注入(>10min),不宜超过1mg.|2.心绞痛:口服,开始5mg～10mg,3～4次/日,每2日增加10mg～20mg,可增至每日200mg. |3.高血压:口服,5mg～10mg,3～4次/日,按疗效及耐受程度调整. |4.肥厚性心肌病:口服,10mg～20mg/次,2～4次/日.|5.嗜铬细胞瘤:口服,10mg～20mg/次,2～4次/日,术前用2日.与α受体阻滞药同用,一般先用α受体阻滞药,稳定后再加用本品.
不良反应
常见眩晕头昏(低血压所致)心动过缓;较少见的有支气管痉挛及呼吸困难充血性心力衰竭神志模糊(尤老年人)精神抑郁反应迟钝等;偶见发热和咽痛(粒细胞缺乏)皮疹(变态反应)血小板减少等
禁忌
1.支气管哮喘。|2.心源性休克。|3.心脏传导阻滞（II-III度房室传导阻滞）。|4.重度或急性心力衰竭。|5.窦性心动过缓。
注意事项
1.妊娠分类C。孕妇、哺乳期妇女、失代偿充血性心力衰竭、心源性休克、传导阻滞、肺水肿、哮喘者禁用。|2.本品血药浓度不能完全预示药理效应,应根据心率及血压等临床征象指导临床用药;冠心病、甲亢患者用药不可骤停。|3.长期用本品者撤药须逐渐递减剂量,至少经过3日,一般为2周。

密封保存。
