适应症
本品抗感染药。 1.适用于敏感菌引起的痢疾、肠炎等肠道感染性疾病。 2.也可用于腹部术前清洁肠腔。
用法用量
口服。 1.成人：一次80～160mg，一日3～4次。 2.小儿：按体重一日10～15mg/kg，分3～4次服用。
不良反应
1.少见恶心、食欲减退、呕吐、腹胀等胃肠道症状和皮疹、血清氨基转移酶升高等。
2.偶见听力减退、耳鸣或耳部饱满感(耳毒性)?血尿、排尿次数显著减少或尿量减少、食欲减退、极度口渴(肾毒性)?步履不稳、眩晕(耳毒性，影响前庭)?呼吸困难、嗜睡、极度软弱无力(神经-肌肉阻滞)。
禁忌
对本品或其他氨基糖苷类抗生素过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.敏感菌所致的全身性感染应采用注射治疗。
2.下列情况应慎用本品:失水、第八对脑神经损害、重症肌无力或帕金森病、肾功能损害。
3.交叉过敏：对其他氨基糖苷类抗生素如链霉素、阿米卡星等过敏的患者，也可能对本品过敏。
4.交叉耐药：对其他氨基糖苷类抗生素如妥布霉素、西索米星等耐药的细菌，也很可能对本品耐药。
5.长期或大剂量服用本品的慢性肠道感染的患者应注意出现肾毒性或耳毒性的可能。
6.长期或大剂量服用本品宜定期进行尿常规、肾功能、听力检查或听电图测定。
7.长期服用本品可能导致肠道菌群紊乱。
贮藏
密封，在凉暗处保存。
