适应症
本品用于敏感菌如流感嗜血杆菌、大肠埃希菌、沙门菌属等所致的呼吸道、尿路、肠道等感染。
用法用量
口服。|1.成人一日1.5～3g（12～24片），分3～4次；|2.儿童按体重一日25～50mg/kg，分4次服。
不良反应
1.可发生腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐等消化道反应，其发生率在10%以下。|2.偶见皮疹等过敏反应。|3.早产儿及新生儿中尚未发现有"灰婴综合征"者，仅有个例报道有出现短暂性皮肤和面色苍白。|4.本品可引起造血系统的毒性反应，主要表现为可逆性的红细胞生成抑制，白细胞和血小板减少，发生再生障碍贫血者罕见。|5.中枢神经系统反应主要表现为头痛、嗜睡、头晕和周围性神经炎。有神经系统病变者长期接受甲砜霉素治疗，会引起触觉减退、触物感痛和痛觉过敏等症状。脚部症状较手更为严重，停药后可改善，但不能完全恢复。
禁忌
对本品中任何成分过敏患者禁用。
注意事项
1.患者在治疗过程中应经常定期检查周围血象，长期治疗者需定期检查网织细胞数，及时发现血液系统不良反应的发生。|2.肾功能不全者给药后，甲砜霉素排出减少，体内可有积蓄倾向，应慎用并减量使用。|3.造血功能不良患者慎用。|4.使用本品期间，如出现任何不良事件和/或不良反应，请咨询医生。|5.同时使用其他药品，请告知医生。|6.请放置于儿童不能够触及的地方。
