适应症
肾上腺皮质激素类药。本品适用于过敏性结膜炎、角膜炎、结膜炎、睑炎、眼红、泪囊炎等眼部创伤。
用法用量
每晚睡前一次，涂于结膜囊内。
不良反应
可诱发真菌性眼睑炎，上传性角膜炎，青光眼，频繁长期使用也可出现全身性不良反应。
禁忌
单纯疱疹性或溃疡性角膜炎禁用(可恶化病变以发展成非可逆性角膜浑浊)。
注意事项
1. 眼部细菌性或病毒性感染时应与抗菌药物合用。2. 应定期检查眼压和有无疱疹性或霉菌性角膜炎早期症候。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
