适应症
适用于各型急性非淋巴细胞白血病，对骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）、慢性粒细胞性白血病及真性红细胞增多症等亦有一定疗效。
用法用量
1.成人常用量：静脉滴注，一日1～4mg（1～4支），加5%或10%葡萄糖注射液250～500ml，缓慢滴入3小时以上，以4～6日为一疗程，间歇1～2周再重复用药。2.小儿常用量：静脉滴注，一日按体重0.05～0.1mg/kg，以4～6日为一疗程。
不良反应
1．骨髓抑制：本品对骨髓各系列的造血细胞均有抑制作用。对粒细胞系列的抑制较重，红细胞系列次之，对巨核细胞系列的抑制较轻。
2．心脏毒性：较常见的心脏毒性有窦性心动过速、房性或室性期外收缩、及心电图出现S-T段变化及T波平坦等心肌缺血表现，极少数患者可出现奔马律，程度不一的房室传导阻滞及束支传导阻滞、心房颤动等。
3．低血压：文献报告当高三尖杉酯碱每次剂量＞3.0mg/m2时，部分患者于给药后4小时左右会出现血压降低的现象。
4．消化系统：常见的症状为厌食、恶心、呕吐，少数患者可产生肝功能损害。
5．个别病人可产生脱发、皮疹。偶见一例疑为严重过敏性休克的个案报道。
禁忌
尚无可靠参考文献。
注意事项
1．白血病时有大量白血病细胞破坏，采用本品时破坏会更增多，血液及尿中尿酸浓度可能增高。
2．心血管疾病：原有心律失常及各类器质性心血管疾病患者应慎用或不用本品。对严重或频发的心律失常及器质性心血管疾病患者则不宜选用本品。
3．下列情况也应慎用：骨髓功能显著抑制或血象呈严重粒细胞减少或血小板减少肝功能或肾功能损害，有痛风或尿酸盐肾结石病史患者。
4．用药期间应密切观察下列各项：
（1）周围血象，每周应检查白细胞计数及分类、血小板、血红蛋白量l～2次，如血细胞在短期内有急骤下降现象者，则应每日观察血象；
（2）肝肾功能；
（3）心脏体征及心电图检查。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在阴凉处保存。
