适应症
本品为二线抗结核药，当用异烟肼产生不良反应时可改用本品。
用法用量
口服，成人一次0.3～0.5g，一日3次。小儿每日按体重30～40mg/kg(不超过1.5g)，分次服用。
不良反应
本品毒性比异烟肼小，不良反应与异烟肼相似，但较少见。长期、大剂量服用异烟腙片可发生以下不良反应：肝功能障碍（如血清转氨酶、黄疸指数等升高）及药物性肝炎；周围神经炎如肌肉痉挛、四肢感觉异常：视神经炎、视神经萎缩等；血液系统症状如贫血、白细胞减少，嗜酸性细胞增多等；过敏性反应如药物热、皮疹等；中枢神经系统紊乱，如头痛、失眠、记忆力减退、精神兴奋、易怒、欣快感、反射亢进、幻觉等；内分泌失调，如男子女性化乳房、阳萎、妇女月经不调、泌乳等；胃肠道反应，如食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、便秘等。肝功能不良者忌用，精神病患者及癫痫病患者忌用，孕妇慎用。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1、不良反应有胃肠道症状（如食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、便秘等）；血液系统症状（贫血、白细胞减少、嗜酸细胞增多，引起血痰、咯血、鼻出血、眼底出血等）；肝损害；过敏（皮疹或其他）；内分泌失调（男子女性化乳房、泌乳、月经不调、阳痿等）；中枢症状（头痛、失眠、疲倦、记忆力减退、精神兴奋、易怒、欣快感、反射亢进、幻觉、抽搐、排尿困难、昏迷等）；周围神经炎（表现为肌肉痉挛、四肢感觉异常、视神经炎、视神经萎缩等）。上述反应大多在大剂量或长期应用时发生。慢乙酰化者较易引起血液系统、内分泌系统和神经精神系统的反应；而快乙酰化者则较易引起肝脏损害。|2、维生素B6可防治神经系统反应的发生，每日用量10~20mg,分1~2次服，但不应作为一种常规来普遍应用。遇异烟腙急性中毒时，大剂量维生素B6可对抗，并需进行其他对症治疗。|3、也可1日300mg,l次顿服或1周2次，1次0.6~0.8g，这种给药方法可提高疗效并减少不良反应的发生率。|4、可加强香豆素类抗血凝药、某些抗癫痫药、降压药、抗胆碱药、三环抗抑郁药等的作用，合用时须注意。|5、用药期间注意检查肝功能。肝功能不良者、有精神病和癫痫病史者慎用。|6、孕妇慎用。抗酸药尤其是氢氧化铝可抑制异烟腙片的吸收，不宜同服。

遮光，密封保存。
