适应症
肾上腺皮质功能减退症及垂体功能减退症，也用于过敏性和炎症性疾病， 抢救危重中毒性感染。
用法用量
1.肌内注射: 一日20~40mg，静脉滴注 一次100mg，一日一次。|2.临用前加25倍的氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液500ml稀释后静脉滴注，同时加用维生素C 0.5~1g。
不良反应
长期大量应用糖皮质激素，可产生一系列不良反应：|1.医源性肾上腺皮质功能过高症：表现为满月脸、向心性肥胖、高胆固醇血症、高血糖、糖尿、肌肉萎缩无力、骨质疏松、多毛、痤疮、易受感染、低血钾、浮肿与高血压等，一般不需特殊治疗，必要时加用对症性治疗措施。|2.医源性肾上腺皮质功能减退症：主要发生在长期用糖皮质激素治疗的停药过程中。采用激素间歇用药，并注意停药措施，可能避免发生这类不良反应。|3.诱发或加重感染：长期应用能降低机体的免疫功能，常诱发继发性感染，或使机体内潜在感染病灶扩散。
禁忌
活动性消化性溃疡、严重高血压、精神病、糖尿病、骨质疏松、青光眼、柯兴综合征、水痘、麻疹、霉菌感染等。
注意事项
1.本品注射剂(醇型)中含有50%乙醇，必须充分稀释至0.2mg/ml后供静脉滴注用。|2.中枢神经系抑制或肝功能不全者应慎用。|3.需用大剂量时应改用氢化可的松琥珀酸钠。|4.药物减量过程宜缓慢，不可突然停药。
