适应症
适用于各种疼痛。如癌性疼痛、创伤性疼痛、手术后疼痛，也可用手术前或麻醉前给药，作为外科手术麻醉的辅助用药。
用法用量
皮下、肌内注射或静脉给药，一次30mg（1支），必要时每3-4小时一次或遵医嘱。静脉给药时用注射用水稀释且滴速每分钟不超过5mg，一日最大剂量不超过240mg。
不良反应
1、本品的不良反应多种多样：（1）瞳孔缩到针尖大小时，可出现视觉模糊或复视；（2）便秘：有局部胃肠道因素，也有中枢性因素；（3）抗利尿作用以吗啡为明显，兼有输尿管痉挛时，可出现少尿、尿频、尿急、排尿困难。（4）体位改变血压下降时，常有晕眩感、步态不稳、以及疲乏感；（5）中枢神经活动处于抑制状态时，临床表现可有嗜睡、梦幻、头痛眩晕等，继而觉口干、食欲不振、饮食乏味以及恶心哎吐等不适，后者更多见于急症和第一次给药时。（6）组氨的释放可引起面颊潮红，汗多；（7）胃肠道刺激和胆管痉挛可致腹痛（8）可引起情绪紧张不
禁忌
1、中毒性腹泻，毒物聚集于肠腔尚未排尽；2、急性呼吸抑制，通气不足；3、遇有血液病或血管损伤出现凝血异常时，以及须作穿刺的局部有在炎症时，不得作硬膜外或蛛网膜下隙给药，成断时由此给药也并不能使症状改善
注意事项
1、对诊断的干扰：（1）可能促使脑液压升高；（2）吗啡能促使胆道括约肌收缩，使胆管系统的内压上升；可使血浆淀粉酶和脂肪酶均升高；（3）停药至少24小时后才能作血清碱性磷酸酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、胆红素、乳酸脱氢酶等测定，以免假阳性出现。2、下列情况应慎用：（1）哮喘急性发作、慢性尤其是病理性呼吸功能不全；（2）心律失常、心动过缓；（3）惊厥或有惊厥史的患者；（4）精神失常有自杀意图时；（5）脑外伤颅内压高或颅内病变，可使呼吸抑制或颅内压升高更严重，给药后瞳孔缩小，对光反射不明，可因而延误
