适应症
本品适用于敏感细菌引起的下列感染： 1.呼吸道感染：慢性支气管炎急性发作、支气管扩张、急性支气管炎及肺炎等。 2.泌尿生殖系统感染：急性膀胱炎、急性肾盂肾炎、复杂性尿路感染,慢性尿路感染急性发作、急慢性前列腺炎及淋病奈瑟菌尿道炎或宫颈炎(包括产酶株所致者)等。 3.胃肠道细菌感染：由志贺菌属、沙门菌属、产肠毒素大肠杆菌、亲水气单胞菌、副溶血性弧菌所致。
用法用量
静脉滴注,一次0.2g,一日2次。
不良反应
1.腹部不适或疼痛、腹泻、恶心或呕吐。
2.中枢神经系统反应,可有头昏、头痛、嗜睡或失眠。
3.过敏反应,皮疹、皮肤瘙痒,偶可发生渗出性多形性红斑及血管神经性水肿。其中光敏反应较其他常用喹诺酮类多见。
4.少数患者可发生血清氨基转移酶?BUN值升高及周围血象白细胞降低,多属轻度,并呈一过性。
5.偶可发生：
(1)癫痫发作、精神异常、烦躁不安、意识混乱、幻觉、震颤。
(2)血尿、发热、皮疹等间质性肾炎表现。
(3)结晶尿,多见于高剂量应用时。
(4)关节疼痛。
(5)静脉炎。
禁忌
1.对本品或其他喹诺酮类药物过敏者禁用。
2.孕妇、婴幼儿及18岁以下患者禁用。
注意事项
1.肾功能减退者慎用，若使用，应注意监测肾功能并适当调整剂量。
2.肝功能不全者慎用，若使用，应注意监测肝功能。
3.原有中枢神经系统疾患者，包括脑动脉硬化或癫痫病史者均应避免应用，有指征时权衡利弊应用。
4.喹诺酮类药物品种间存在交叉过敏反应，对任何一种喹诺酮类过敏者不宜使用本品。
5.只有在由多重耐药菌引起的感染，细菌仅对氟喹诺酮类呈现敏感时，在权衡利弊后小儿才可应用本品。
6.患者的尿pH值在7以上时易发生结晶尿，故每日进水量必须充足，以使每日尿量保持在1200～1500ml以上。
7.本品可引起光敏反应，至少在光照后12小时才可接受治疗，治疗期间及治疗后数天内应避免过长时间暴露于明亮光照下。
8.当出现光敏反应指征如皮肤灼热、发红、肿胀、水泡、皮疹、瘙痒、皮炎时应停止治疗。
9.本品静滴时间应不少于60分钟。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在阴凉处保存。
