适应症
1.艾滋病（AIDS）患者巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎； 2.免疫功能损害患者耐阿昔洛韦单纯疱疹毒性皮肤粘膜感染。
用法用量
静脉滴注。?
1、巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎（1）诱导期用药、每8小时一次，按体重一次滴注60mg/kg，用输液泵滴注1小时以上，连续14～21日，视治疗后的效果而定，也可按体重一次90mg/kg，每12小时一次。（2）维持期用药、按体重一次90mg/kg，一日1次。用输液泵滴注2小时以上。如患者在维持期视网膜炎症状加重时，应仍恢复诱导期剂量。
2、单纯疱疹和带状疱疹：按体重一次40mg/kg，每8小时一次，经输液泵滴注1小时，共14～21日。肌酐清除率低于96ml/分钟者，剂量应调整。
不良反应
本品耐受性一般良好。常见的不良反应有恶心(23%～26%)、呕吐(13%～15%)、腹泻(13%～18%)、虚弱(9%～14%〕、腹痛(3%～7%)、厌食(1%～6%)、味觉异常(1%～10%)、感觉异常(3%～6%)。此外还有头痛、血管扩张和实验室化验异常，如三酰甘油(甘油三酯)与胆固醇、丙氨酸转氨酶与天冬氨酸转氨酶、尿酸值升高。本品不良反应发生率在治疗开始2～4周最大，因为在此时期内本品血浓度高。
禁忌
对膦甲酸钠过敏禁用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
