适应症
用于病毒性上呼吸道感染，如病毒性鼻炎、咽峡炎、咽结膜热或口咽部病毒感染。
用法用量
喷雾吸入。 1. 口腔用：用于病毒性咽峡炎、病毒性咽结膜热或口咽部病毒感染。使用时先将气雾剂瓶摇匀，置倒置垂直的位置，将喷头转动至合适口腔的角度，对准口腔咽喉部，揿压气雾罐，喷雾至口腔咽喉部。 2. 鼻腔用：用于病毒性鼻炎，可喷雾入鼻腔，使用时可以擤鼻子或直接去除分泌物清洁鼻道，将气雾剂摇匀，置倒置垂直的位置，将喷头转动至适合鼻腔的角度，揿压气雾罐，喷雾到鼻腔内。 3. 口、鼻腔联合应用：用于病毒性上呼吸道感染，可喷雾口腔配合鼻腔同时使用，有效的控制上呼吸道病毒感染。 4. 用量：首次使用1小时内揿喷4次，一次2～3揿，以后每隔一小时喷一次，一次2～3揿。2日以后一日4次，一次2～3揿，成人每日平均剂量20～30mg，儿童每日平均剂量15～20mg。
不良反应
1. 成人使用无明显不良反应。
2. 鼻腔喷雾在首次使用时偶有刺激反应，继续使用适应后反应可消失。
禁忌
对本品成分过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
注意事项
本品系受压容器，切勿受热，保存在40℃以下，并避免撞击或自行拆启以防危险。
贮藏
遮光、密闭、在阴凉处保存。
规格
每瓶总量10.5g，内含利巴韦林75mg，每揿含利巴韦林0.5mg，每瓶150揿。
