适应症
本品用于治疗高血压，可单独使用或与其它抗高血压药同时使用.亦用于改善良性前列腺增生症患者的排尿症状，如:尿频、尿急、尿线变细、排尿困难、夜尿增多、排尿不尽感等。
用法用量
口服。高血压患者:一日1次，首次睡前服用。开始剂量1mg，剂量逐渐增加直到出现满意疗效。常用剂量为一日1-10mg，最大剂量为一日20mg，停药后需重新开始治疗者，亦必须从1mg开始渐增剂量。良性前列腺增生患者:一日1次，每次2mg，每晚睡前服用。
不良反应
本品主要不良反应有:头痛、头晕、无力、心悸、恶心、体位性低血压等.这些反应通常轻微，继续治疗可自行消失，必要时可减量。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.初次服药应从睡前顿服mg开始以防止和减轻晕厥和\\\"首剂\\\"效应的发生在确定无明显不适应后逐渐增加剂量停服本药数天后再服本药时仍应从小剂量开始逐渐增加剂量。
2.使用过程中注意监测血压。
3.孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。

遮光，密封保存。
