适应症
适用于对洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张治疗无效或效果欠佳的各种原因引起的急、慢性顽固性充血性心力衰竭。
用法用量
静脉注射：负荷量25～75?g/kg，5～10分钟缓慢静注，以后每分钟0.25～1.0?g/kg维持。每日最大剂量不超过1.13mg/kg。
口服：一次2.5～7.5mg，每日4次。
不良反应
1.少数有头痛、室性心律失常、无力、血小板计数减少等。
2.过量时可有低血压、心动过速。
3.长期口服因副作用大，可导致远期死亡率升高，已不再应用。
禁忌
低血压、心动过速、心肌梗死慎用；肾功能不全者宜减量。
注意事项
1.用药期间应监测心率、心律、血压、必要时调整剂量。
2.不宜用于严重瓣膜狭窄病变及梗阻性肥厚型心肌病患者。急性缺血性心脏病患者慎用。
3.合用强利尿剂时，可使左室充盈压过度下降，且易引起水、电解质失衡。
4.对房扑、房颤患者，因可增加房室传导作用导致心室率增快，宜先用洋地黄制剂控制心室率。
5.肝肾功能损害者慎用。
6.尚无用于心肌梗死，孕妇及哺乳妇女、儿童，应慎重。
