适应症
适用于敏感葡萄球菌、各组溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、肺炎支原体等所致的毛囊炎、疖痈、蜂窝织炎、皮下脓肿、中耳炎、咽峡炎、扁桃体炎和肺炎等。
用法用量
口服，成人一日0.6～1.2g，小儿按体重一日20～40mg/kg，分3～4次服用。
不良反应
1.肝毒性：在正常剂量下本品的肝毒性较小，主要表现为胆汁淤积和暂时性血清氨基转移酶升高等，一般停药后可恢复。
2.过敏反应：主要表现为药物热、药疹和荨麻疹等。
3.偶见恶心、呕吐、上腹不适、食欲不振等胃肠道反应。
禁忌
对本品及大环内酯类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.肝肾功能不全者慎用。
2.本品与其他大环内酯类药物之间有交叉耐药性。
3.如发生过敏反应，应立即停药，并对症处理。4．本品在pH≥6.5时吸收差。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
