适应症
主要用于癌症疼痛，骨折或术后疼痛等各种急、慢性疼痛。
用法用量
口服。一次50～100mg，必要时可重复。日剂量不超过400mg。
不良反应
偶见出汗、恶心、呕吐、纳差、头晕、无力、思睡等。罕见皮疹、心悸、体位性低血压，在病人疲劳时更易产生。
禁忌
酒精、安眠药、镇痛剂或其他精神药物中毒者禁用。
注意事项
1.功能不全者、心脏疾患者酌情减量使用或慎用。|2.不得与单胺氧化酶抑制剂同用。|3.与中枢安静剂（如安定等）合用时需减量。|4.长期使用不能排除产生耐药性或药物依赖性的可能。但不能作为对阿片类有依赖性病人的代用品，因不能抑制吗啡的戒断症状。|5.有药物滥用或依赖性倾向的病人只能短期使用。
