适应症
本品适用于各种原因引起的雌激素缺乏所致的下述症状：潮热、出汗、睡眠障碍、头晕、生殖器萎缩、萎缩性阴道炎、阴道干涩等。
用法用量
外用：揭除贴片上的保护膜后立即贴于清洁干燥、无外伤的下腹部或臀部皮肤。一周一片，连续三周，停止一周。并于使用贴片的最后5日加用醋酸甲孕酮4mg，一日一次，连续5日。贴片的部位应经常更换，同一部位皮肤不宜连续贴两次，不可贴于乳房部位。
不良反应
贴片处的皮肤可有轻度发红或瘙痒症状，偶见皮疹。亦可出现头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐、乳房胀痛、阴道少量出血及下体浮肿等。
禁忌
疑有或患有乳腺肿瘤患者、疑有或患有雌激素依赖性的肿瘤患者、原因不明的阴道不规则出血、活动性血栓性静脉炎或血栓栓塞患者、有因服用雌激素而致血栓性静脉炎或血栓形成等病史的患者及子宫内膜异位症患者、严重肝损害禁用。
注意事项
（1）用药前及用药期间应定期体检：包括血压、乳房、腹部及盆腔器官以及宫颈细胞涂片等。
（2）有乳腺癌家族史、或有乳腺结节、乳腺囊性纤维症及乳房X线像异常者、严重高血压及心肾功能不全者、脑血管或冠状动脉疾患者、哮喘、皮肤过敏、癫痫、偏头痛、糖尿病或抑郁症患者慎用。
