适应症
1.骨质疏松症。 2.改善下列疾病所致的维生素D代谢异常的各种症状(如低血钙、手足搐搦、骨痛、骨病变):慢性肾功能衰竭,甲状旁腺机能减退症,抗维生素D性佝偻病,软骨病。
用法用量
口服，一次0.5μg，一日1次，或遵医嘱。在充分控制患者正常血钙值的基础上，调整本品的服用量。 1.慢性肾衰竭和骨质疏松症 通常 成人 1日1次，口服阿法骨化醇 0.5 -1.0 ug.但应按年龄、症状适当增减用量。 2.甲状旁腺机能低减症，其它维生素D代谢异常所致的疾病 通常 成人1 日1次，口服阿法骨化醇1.0-4.0 ug,口服。但应按疾病、年龄、症状、病情适当增减用量。 3.儿童：对小儿的骨质疏松症，常用量为1日1次，口服阿法骨化醇0.01-0.03 ug/kg.其他疾病时，1日1次，口服阿法骨化醇0.05-0.1 ug/kg.但应按病情、症状适当增减用量。
不良反应
1.大部分不良反应均是由于超大剂量服药引起的高钙血症所致，下列症状一旦发生，应严密监测血钙水平。
2.胃肠道方面、厌食、恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻、便秘、胃痛等。
3.神经精神方面、头痛、眩晕、失眠、兴奋、记忆减退等。
4.肾脏方面、尿素氮、肌酐、尿钙升高。
5.肝脏方面、GOT?GPT?LDH?α-GTP升高。
6.其他、瘙痒、皮疹、结膜充血等。
禁忌
高钙血症患者禁用。
注意事项
1.服用的同时，根据医嘱，酌情补充钙剂。
2.服药期间，应在医生指导下，严密监测血钙、尿钙水平，调整剂量，发生高钙血症时，立即停药。血钙值恢复到正常范围后，可重新减量给药。
贮藏
避光气密容器室温保存。
