适应症
本品适用于青光眼，高眼压症。
用法用量
滴眼，一次1滴，一日2次。滴于结膜囊内，滴后用手指压迫内眦角泪囊部3～5分钟。效果不明显时，改用2%制剂，一次1滴，一日2次。
不良反应
1. 偶见下列局部不良反应：视物模糊、畏光、角膜着色，出现暂时性眼烧灼、眼刺痛及流泪、结膜充血。
2. 长期连续用于无晶体眼或有眼底变者时，偶可发生黄斑部水肿、浑浊，故需定期测定视力，进行眼底检查。
3. 偶见下列全身不良反应：心率减慢、呼吸困难、无力、头痛、头晕。
4. 罕见不良反应：恶心。
禁忌
1. 支气管哮喘者或有支气管哮喘史者，严重慢性阻塞性肺部疾病。
2. 窦性心动过缓，Ⅱ或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞，明显心衰，心源性休克。
3. 对本品过敏者。
注意事项
1. 本品慎用于已知是全身β-肾上腺能阻滞剂禁忌症的患者，包括异常心动过缓，I度以上房室传导阻滞。
2. 对有明显心脏疾病患者应用本品应监测心率。
3. 本品慎用于对其他β-肾上腺能阻滞剂过敏者。
4. 已有肺功能低下的患者慎用。
5. 本品慎用于自发性低血糖患者及接受胰岛素或降糖药治疗的患者，因β受体阻滞剂可掩盖低血糖症状。
6. 本品不易单独用于治疗闭角型青光眼。
7. 与其他滴眼液联合使用时，请间隔10分钟以上。
8. 本品含氯化苯烷铵，戴软性角膜接触镜者不宜使用。
9. 定期复查眼压，根据眼压变化调整用药方案。
10. 用前应摇匀，避免容器尖端接触眼睛，防止滴眼液污染。
11. 运动员慎用。
贮藏
密闭室温保存。
