适应症
本品为局部外用抗生素，适用于革兰阳性球菌引起的皮肤感染，例如：脓疱病、疖肿、毛囊炎等原发性皮肤感染及湿疹合并感染、不超过10厘米×10厘米面积的浅表性创伤合并感染等继发性皮肤感染。
用法用量
本品应外用，局部涂于患处。必要时，患处可用敷料包扎或敷盖，每日3次，5天一疗程，必要时可重复一疗程。
不良反应
局部应用本品一般无不良反应，偶见局部烧灼感、蜇刺感及瘙痒等，一般不需停药。偶见对莫匹罗星或其软膏基质产生皮肤过敏反应，如皮疹、肿胀（有时出现在面部或口腔，严重者可引起呼吸困难）或虚脱。已有报告显示莫匹罗星软膏引起全身性过敏反应，但非常罕见。如出现上述不良反应，应去医院就医。
禁忌
对莫匹罗星或其他含聚乙二醇软膏过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.如使用一疗程后症状无好转或加重，应立即去医院就医。|2.感染面积较大者，去医院就医。|3.本品仅供皮肤给药，请勿用于眼、鼻、口等黏膜部位。|4.误入眼内时用水冲洗即可。|5.有中度或重度肾损害者慎用。|6.孕妇慎用；哺乳期妇女涂药时应防止药物进入婴儿眼内。|7.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。|8.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。|9.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。|10.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。|11.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
