适应症
本品为钙拮抗剂，用于缺血性脑血管病、偏头痛、轻度蛛网膜下腔出血所致的脑血管痉挛、突发性耳聋、轻中度高血压病。
用法用量
口服：急性脑血管病恢复期，一次30～40mg，一日4次，或每4小时1次。
不良反应
一过性消化道不适、头晕、嗜睡、皮肤瘙痒、面红等症，偶见口唇麻木、皮疹。
禁忌
严重肝功能损害的患者禁用。不推荐尼莫地平与抗癫痫药物同时服用。药物可由乳汁分泌，哺乳妇女不宜应用。
注意事项
1．脑水肿及颅内压增高患者须慎用。
2．尼莫地平的代谢产物具有毒性反应，肝功能损害者应当慎用。
3．本品可引起血压的降低。在高血压合并蛛网膜下隙出血或脑卒中患者中，应注意减少或暂时停用降血压药物，或减少本品的用药剂量。
4．可产生假性肠梗阻，表现为腹胀、肠鸣音减弱。当出现上述症状时应当减少用药剂量和保持观察。
5．避免与β-阻断剂或其他钙拮抗剂合用。
