适应症
本品适用于男子性腺功能低下症的睾酮替代疗法，如睾丸切除后、类无睾症、垂体功能低下、内分泌性阳痿、男子更年期症状(性欲、脑力及体力减退等)?某些因生精功能失调而致的不育症以及再生障碍性贫血等。
用法用量
肌内注射，一般每次1支(0.25)g，每月1次。特殊情况下(如用于再生障碍性贫血患者时)，遵医嘱也可增加到每次2支(0.5g)。
不良反应
与其它睾酮制剂相似，可以引起与其男性化和同化作用有关的副作用，如多毛、痤疮、食欲增高、体重增加及妇女停经等。
禁忌
前列腺癌患者及可疑者禁用。有水肿倾向的肾脏病、心脏病和高血压患者慎用。
注意事项
本品必须在医生的指导下使用。本品中十一酸睾酮的含量较高。如遇结晶析出，可在60°C水浴中加热溶解后使用。
