适应症
高血压症。
用法用量
成人1-2 片 qd,重症可增至2-4 片 qd。
不良反应
尚不详。
禁忌
1.有明显抑郁症状或有抑郁症病史(特别是自杀倾向)的病人禁用|2.卟啉病患者慎用或禁用|3.活动性溃疡禁用|4.孕妇及哺乳妇女慎用或禁用
注意事项
1.胃及十二指肠溃疡患者慎用，活动性溃疡者忌用；|2.用药期间如发现明显的抑郁症状，即应停药,利血平可能引起精神抑郁，抑郁鉴别有时较困难，因为症状经常被躯体不适所掩盖，服药后出现的抑郁，例如沮丧、清晨失眠、食欲下降、性功能减退或自贱，应该停药。药物引起的抑郁可能在停药后持续数月，严重者甚至可能导致自杀。|3.氢氯噻嗪在有严重肝、肾功能障碍的病人应谨慎使用。|4.肼屈嗪对有冠心病、脑动脉硬化、心动过速和心功能不全的患者慎用。肼屈嗪可偶发类风湿性关节炎和狼疮样反应，在遇到时应停药，停药后症状会逐渐减退，但过程可能很长，甚至长达数年，此时长期使用类固醇类药物治疗可能是必要的。|5.氯氮卓可以通过胎盘有致畸的危险，可促新生儿中枢神经活动有所抑制，本品还能分泌入乳汁，使婴儿嗜睡，甚至喂养困难，体重减轻。 动物实验证实本药可通过胎盘屏障。 动物实验证实本药可随乳汁分泌。 |6.老年人应用本药比较容易发生高钾和肾损害。|7.下列情况慎用： 无尿,肾功能不全,糖尿病,肝功能不全,低钠血症,酸中毒,高尿酸血症或痛风病史 ,肾结石或有此病史 ,冠心病,脑动脉硬化 ,心动过速和心功能不全
