适应症
预防晕动病伴发的恶心、呕吐。
用法用量
于上车船前将其贴于耳后无毛处，药效可维持72小时。
不良反应
最常见的不良反应是口干。有时嗜睡，一过性眼调节障碍，视力模糊，以及扩拥取?
禁忌
本品禁用于对东莨菪碱或其它颠茄生物碱类或剂型或传输系统中其它成分过敏的患者，禁用于7岁以下儿童，禁用于青光眼患者。
注意事项
1．因可能出现嗜睡、定向障碍，从事需要保持头脑警觉职业，如驾驶车辆或操作危险仪器，的患者应慎用。2．常规冶疗量时可能出现应激的特异质反应。3．因东莨菪碱接触到眼睛时可能引起一过性的扩雍褪恿δ：，强烈建议患者在触摸过贴剂后立即用肥皂和水彻底清洗双手。4．应用于儿科患者时，应由成人负责贴放贴剂。5.由于会对中枢神经系统产生一定作用，老年人或代谢功能，肝功能或肾功能损害者慎用。6.幽门梗阻或膀胱颈梗阻者慎用。7.特异质者慎用。8.饮酒的患者使用本品可能会对中枢神经系统产生一定影响。

密闭，室温保存。
