适应症
1.适用于各型疟疾，但主要用于抗氯喹恶性疟治疗和凶险型恶性疟的急救。 2.与伯氨喹合用可降低复燃率。
用法用量
1.成人： (1)口服给药：每天1次，每次80mg，首剂加倍，连服5～7天。 (2)肌内注射：每天1次，每次80mg，首剂加倍，连用5天。 2.儿童：肌内注射：每天1次，每次1.6mg/kg，首剂加倍，连用5天。
不良反应
本药的不良反应轻微，个别患者有血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性轻度升高，网织红细胞数可有一过性减少。
禁忌
妊娠妇女慎用。
注意事项
慎用：妊娠早期妇女慎用。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
