适应症
滋补肝肾，通经活血。用于肾阳虚所致的腰痛，转侧不利，腰膝酸软，倦怠乏力的辅助治疗。
用法用量
口服。一次20毫升，一日2次；15天为一疗程。
不良反应
1、个别不善饮酒者服用后可能出现颜面潮红、头晕、口干、心悸、发热等的症状，30～60分钟后可消失；||2、曾有1例慢性胃炎患者，服用后引起胃痛、恶心症状加重。
禁忌
儿童、孕妇、肝肾功能不全者，慢性胃炎和消化道溃疡患者禁用；对酒精过敏者禁服。
注意事项
1、本品含乙醇27%～32%。2、注意按剂量服用，不宜过量。不常饮酒者，可于临睡前服用。3、请在确认腰椎骨组织没有器质性病变的情况下服用本品，以免耽误正常的治疗。4、忌辛辣、生冷、油腻食物。5、感冒发热病人不宜服用；不胜酒者慎服。6、本品宜饭前服用，久置后有少量沉淀，摇匀后服用。7、高血压、心脏病、糖尿病等慢性病患者应在医师指导下服用。8、服药2周症状无缓解，应去医院就诊。9、驾驶机动车、操作机器以及从事危险作业者，工作时间禁用。10、对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。11、本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。12、请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。13、如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
